The website [paradisecircus.com](http://paradisecircus.com/) sprang out of a former project from Jon Bounds, about Birmingham, its culture, its politics and its image. It heavily satirises elements of Brummie history and lore, and attempts to hold those in power to account.

As well as producing written content online, the site has also produced a book, [101 Things Birmingham Gave the World](https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1782803998).
